Bears painted their favorite color apple and worked hard to label their pictures.Red apples were by far the most popular. Our class read the book Apple Countdown by Joan Holub to earn our 13th book worm for the wall!
For science, our class learned about S for SOLIDS and L for LIQUIDS. We created our own books and drew pictures of solids and liquids to take home.
At the easel, our Bears created their own S for Snakes! Children are hoping to hang them up for Halloween to decorate their doors.
Our class took our paint and brushes outdoors……we painted almost every rock on our playground! We made sure to add a lot of glitter!
Ms. Gita asked our Bears what they think “will change” about themselves when they grow up. Here are their answers:
OLIVER T:” I will be stronger and bigger. I will work on computers and start a company with Witt!”
WITT: “I will make more money, climb trees and start a tree house company with Oliver.”
CHARLOTTE: ” I will be a costume designer, go to college and my hair will be more golden!”
AUTUMN: ” My hair will be lighter, my eyes will be greener and I will be a vet.”
WESLEY: ” I will fly like a superhero and go on a plane and see Mickey.”
MAGGIE: ” I will have longer hair and get better at the monkey bars.”
GRACE: “I will get better at my bike and be a vet.”
AVA:” I will be good at the monkey bars.”
HADLEY:” I will be a mom or Anna, I will play video games when I get bigger.”
JOSIE:” I will be a princess and live in a castle.”
OLIVER H.” I will be a professional hockey player and play in the Stanley Cup.”
My bear cubs make me laugh every day!
